“For years, Aspen Dental patients across the country have experienced malpractice, infections, nerve damage, financial fraud, and life-altering harm. I am one of those victims. After trusting Aspen Dental with my health, I suffered septic shock, permanent nerve damage to my trigeminal nerve due to overuse of anesthetics, untreated infection by refusing antibiotics which was ultimately treated in the ER after being rushed by ambulance due to septic shock, loss of a permanent tooth that was not needed removed with claims they pulled a wisdom tooth however I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted back in high-school.   Thousands more have been hurt. State attorneys general have launched investigations. Lawsuits have been filed. Yet Aspen Dental continues to operate without meaningful accountability. We are coming together to demand justice. We call on attorneys, lawmakers, and regulatory bodies to open a formal nationwide investigation into Aspen Dental’s practices and to protect future patients from harm.
