We’ve once again passed the New York State Senate, and this year, we’ve shattered last year’s momentum, with a record-breaking 96 Assembly co-sponsors for NY Bill A101/S54.
This is the closest we’ve ever been to closing the loophole that denies justice to sexual assault survivors who were intoxicated by choice.
