Respected Sir,

We write to you with deep anguish and desperation.

For 15 long years, over 6 lakh families invested their life savings, dreams, and trust in Jaypee’s Kove Sports City project. We were promised homes. What we got instead was:

1. No homes delivered
2. Broken finances from EMIs and rent paid together
3. Emotional and mental health trauma
4. Endless legal battles

This is not just a real estate delay. It is one of India’s biggest housing frauds.

 Families have lost their peace, stability, and dignity while Jaypee has continued to escape accountability.

Children have grown up without the homes they were promised. Many elderly buyers passed away still waiting for justice.

Enough is enough.

We, the undersigned, call upon the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India to:

1. Hold Jaypee fully accountable for failing to deliver on their promises.
2. Direct immediate delivery of homes OR
3. ensure full compensation with penalties for all affected buyers.
4. Recognize the financial, emotional, and mental health losses buyers have suffered for over 15 years.

This is about more than homes. This is about justice. This is about restoring faith in India’s real estate system and protecting citizens from corporate betrayal.

We urge the Supreme Court to act swiftly and decisively.
Our voices must be heard. Our suffering must end
