Dire Emergency (SOS) — To the Ambassador of Australia to Greece — Please Help for my Resettlement OR Clear me for Entry to Australia – Wednesday, June 02nd, 2021
Dear Ambassador of Australia to Greece, Mr Arthur Spyrou;
Enclosed, referring to of my latest emails addressed to the High level Officials in the United Nations Refugee Agency (UNHCR) dated Tuesday, May 11th, 2021, a copy of which had been sent to your Embassy the same day, I am hereby informing you of my presence in front of your Embassy’s building on Wednesday, June 02nd, 2021, most probably from 11:00 AM onward in order to seek Australia’s assistance in finding a resolution to my dire situation in Greece.
Please be informed that I will also carry a Roll Up Banner along with me which I intend on setting it up in the public area in front of your Embassy for the purpose of raising more signatures for my online petition.
I have been held Hostage in Greece, deprived of everything, of even livelihoods for nearly 7-hellish years and also being drained of all my own resources essential for my survival. They also deprived me of the 150 Euros monthly allowance (7-years x 12-months x 150-Euros= 12, 600 Euros) offered to most of other Refugees in this country and being drained of all my own resources, I am now highly dependent of other people’s Donations for my survival. I have also become undocumented ever since March 19th, 2018, and now without shelter, without food and without money.
In Greece, they won’t provide me with legal aid, therefore I cannot try my case in a Court of law. They won’t transfer me to a deportation camp, and they also blocked my access to the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) and won’t allow my departure from this country and in pursuit of their evil agendas, not only have been persecuting me for years but have also brought all the miseries of the world upon my life. As If I am not human at all, deserve no dignity, safety OR prosperity and thus have no rights to live. I fear for my life, my safety and well-being.
Given that in pursuit of seeking help for my Resettlement, I have been writing to and coming to your Embassy, in person for years, it is of course shall be without any doubt that my dire situation In Greece is by now well known to you.
It had, however, broke my heart to find out that after nearly 15-months of waiting to receive a confirmation regarding the receipt of my Refugee Visa (Subclass 200, 201, 203 and 204) Application which had been submitted to Australia in July 2019, the High Commission of Australia in Nairobi, Kenya, that proceed my application, had refused to grant me a Visa just within two weeks’ time from the confirmation of the receipt of my application even without calling me for an interview.
Although In your letter from Monday, December 07th, 2020, you wrote ‘’Any person who believes they are subject to persecution or substantial discrimination in their home country can make a humanitarian visa application. It is not a requirement for them to be registered or mandated by United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).’’ But lack of a Resettlement referral from UNHCR seemed to be the very reason for the refusal of my application. A fact that was also confirmed by Diversitat which is one of the Approved Proposing Organizations (APOs) in Australia.
Although I forwarded your letter to the High Commission of Australia in Nairobi, Kenya, the same day I received it from your Embassy and before they made a decision on my application, but it did not seem to have been considered by them at all, as also there was no reference to your letter in their decision.
Although they wrote ''It is open to me to make new applications at any time. ’’But they had also written ‘‘Without pre-empting the previous decision, any further application is not likely to be successful’’ which is very concerning.
In my correspondence with some of the Approved Proposing Organizations (APOs) in Australia, that you refer to them as Australia's appointed Organizations to assist people in humanitarian need, with the ability of connecting members of the community and business with potential Community Support Program (CSP) applicants and managing the visa application process; I have in fact been advised to pursue my Resettlement in Australia through the Global Special Humanitarian Subclass 202 Visa as an alternative path and none of them have been willing to be of any assistance to my case.
According to them, I would not require an Approved Proposing Organization (APO) to apply for Global Special Humanitarian Subclass 202 Visa but rather Private Sponsor(s) which they left it all to myself to find.
I have no family members, relatives OR real friends in Australia, therefore, cannot procure Private Sponsors on my own and given that UNHCR office in Greece wants me dead, it should also be obvious to you that I cannot get you a Resettlement Referral from them for my Refugee Visa Application to be considered.
This has been a continued and prolonged Humanitarian appeal to your Country and at this time it all comes down to you, to Australia, to treat it fairly. What I am asking though is either to be offered tangible assistance for my Resettlement through UNHCR without any further delay OR to be cleared for entry to Australia and thus be allowed to seek Asylum/Protection there upon arrival.
Additionally, as mentioned above, currently I am running an online petition campaign and collecting support and signatures to my cause in order to find a resolution for getting out of this horrifying predicament. Your support would indeed be of high value to me.
Australian Embassy in Greece could issue a formal statement both in writing and also on camera regarding this matter. You can sign my online petition either on official capacity OR otherwise. You may also want to consider making a Donation either online at the given link(s) below OR in person.

Nothing like this should happen to anyone, anywhere and no one should be put through a situation like this.
