Hello! My name is William E. Motley 

I'm petitioning for my freedom...I've been wrongly convicted of my friends death, it was a car accident I was driving but I had proof showing I didn't cause the accident. It’s legal documented there is a video of one of the passengers bragging about how he caused the crash. The videotape was presented but the alleged person wasn't, nor was he questioned about the car accident. He walked away from the scene he was also subpoenaed to court, but to no avail when the attorney I paid with my hard earned money failed to represent me. Also there is a police officer body cam showing she lied under oath which the prosecution did a good job hiding from the jury. I also feel as though the body can was altered to save the officer job...
I would be grateful to anyone who looks at this and sign this for my case to get a proper fair investigation because I'm not the cause of my great friends death it was a poor job that the cpd investigation did only to get a conviction because the looked up my past record which isn't any reason to point the finger and not do your job i m asking for help I am currently serving 19 yrs when I was offered 5yrs for this incident but to prove my innocence I went to trial only for my lawyer I gave my money to...to not represent me at his best! Now he is facing legal trouble after what I've learned I never had a chance with him I have a family kids granddaughter that needs me home I'm asking for someone to take this into consideration and help!!!!
