THE TRUTH, THE WHOLE TRUTH & NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH: THE INJUSTICE OF THE JUSTICE SYSTEM

A court scheduling policy in a small court in a small county has exposed a deeper darker side of the injustice of the justice system. 

Hidden behind its aura of justice and fairness, we have the power of the proud trampling upon the rights of the people. Public lies, hidden evidence, rigged investigation, intimidation, retaliation, suppression of evidence... this would seem to be the methods of a criminal organization, instead, this has been the modus operandi of our NJ Court System, a system supposed to be based on transparency has used gangster tactics that seem to be endorsed at its highest levels.  Despite the evidence, the culprits sit comfortably assured by history that they are secured in their actions and a little time will wash it all away.  

The judiciary thought like many other protests, that we would forget about it within a week or so, move on to the next interesting topic and they would return to business as usual. They failed to touch the pulse of the people. Too blind by pride to realize that the people are tired of being trampled upon by the very institutions that are designed to lift us up.  Judge Witcher had seen enough and stood up, risking his career, to say this is wrong.  This must stop.  We also, stand and say this must stop, and if they are waiting for our commitment to falter, they are sadly mistaken.  Enough is Enough.  

We demand an open independent transparent investigation.  We will settle for nothing less than the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth! So Help Us, God.
