THOUSANDS OF LATINOS STATEWIDE IMPACTED BY COURT POLICY - LATINO ACTION NETWORK HOLD PRESS CONFER

Latino Action Network along with several other organizations have scheduled a press conference to press the issue brought by Judge Witcher in Millville. Recent revelations by Judge Witcher by noticing another totally separate problem in another court exposed an even larger problem impacting thousands of Latino litigants statewide.  "There seem to be larger systemic issues within the Judicial system that are having a statewide hidden discriminatory impact and have serious collateral effects on people's lives that are going either unnoticed or ignored."  

Now the picture is coming into focus. It seems clear why they are fighting Judge Witcher so much, the issue is much bigger than was thought, and apparently, he opened a can of worms that the state prefers to keep a lid on.  Judge Witcher didn't just expose a local problem, his public exposure seems to be exposing more issues, hopefully, other members of the court system begin to speak up on these types of observations in their courtrooms, without fear of retribution or retaliation, with the goal of creating a fair system for everyone.
