Update:  After running this petition, rather than recused herself, as required by Ohio law, Jaiza Page moved forward with the case.  The plaintiff submitted falsified evidence, made false testimony, committed perjury, and on October 30th, she found me in “contempt of court” based on things that did not occur.  Not one word of the allegations from this petition were included in the ruling, so the stalker could continue to falsely claim he’s a victim   I was never served in the case, I’m still unable to use the e-filing system, and she blocked me from obtaining a copy of the transcript.  The whole case transpired with zero participation by me. 

When participating in a court case, there’s always a potential that one might have an objection denied or may even lose the case.  These things are acceptable when the resulting ruling is based on actual evidence, facts, follows all rules of civil procedure, protects civil rights and the judge has no ethical conflicts of interest present that may color their ruling.  In my case, this is not happening. 

Franklin County Common Pleas Court Jaiza Page does not operate on these principles.  She is trying to put me in jail for standing up to her complete lack of integrity and ethics, not only in her career as a judge but in her former position as a member of Columbus City Council.

This story goes back almost ten years.  I am the disabled ethnic Romani (minority) founder of an organization called ToxicWasteSites.org. We investigate corruption in the US EPA’s Superfund toxic waste clean up program, develop Python based data mining tools, investigate and expose cancer clusters, and fight the redevelopment of still polluted toxic waste sites.  

There are currently over 1,300 massive toxic waste dumps, in the US, on the EPA’s National Priorities List.  In 40 years, only a few hundred have been cleaned up, leaving over 500 still polluted sites within a mile of public housing, primarily effecting minorities, elderly, disabled, single mothers and poor people.  My efforts have been to fight the US EPA to clean these sites up and to get the agency to stop engaging in systemic racism against minorities. 

I’m credited in the Roanoke Times for exposing the largest embezzlement scheme in Virginia history, over the redevelopment of the still polluted Avtex toxic waste site.  23 elected officials have been charged with 46 felonies as result of my 14 years of hard work and travels to over 2,800 cities, fighting corruption.  Though I’m not famous, I’ve been involved in hundreds of causes and have sacrificed my entire life to make this country a better and safer place to live. 

Roughly 10 years ago, a white racist political opponent crawled out from under a rock and began destroying my causes, stalking me, triggering crimes at my homes, placed fake suicide welfare calls, made swatting attempts by reporting me for having “guns and cocaine” in my car, caused me to be falsely arrested, and at one point triggered a series of events that caused me to be violently beaten half to death, in 2013.  

He set up over 1,100 social media accounts, used to target me, sent me over 400,000 harassing e-mails, got his friends to join in until I was being harassed and attacked 365 days a year, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, for ten solid years.

Because I was traveling the country and he was in Franklin County, I had no one single police jurisdiction to oversee my case to get him charged with stalking.  He committed these crimes in at least a thousand cities while sniping at me from Columbus, Ohio. 

The Flint Water Crisis

In 2013, I produced a short film called Poison in the Grapes, about the Superfund toxic waste site in my own community, in Akron, that was not only next to my elementary school but was filed with live bombs, tank and mortar shells, white phosphor grenades and every kind of toxic waste site known to humanity; Mercury, Lead, Cadmium, Chromium, Arsenic, TCE, PCE, dioxin, lead and on and on.  

The film exposed how the US EPA Region 5 lied to our community, did not properly clean up the site and myself and other children were slathered in toxic waste. Many of us are still sick to this day.  I was poised by the US government.  

The film demanded action from Region 5, who eventually failed respond, just as they failed only last month in East Palestine, during the Norfolk Southern derailment. The film also ended up predicting the corruption at Region 5 that the EPA Inspector General found partially responsible for the Flint Water Crisis.  EPA Admin Susan Hedman would eventually resign over Flint, as a result of mine and other activists’ hard work.  

A year later, when Flint made the water switch, I’d had 12 solid months of fighting to reform Region 5. I had finally secured $50,000 in funding to fight the battle. This led to a series of events where I’d been fighting the coming water crisis before it even happened, making me the first to blow the whistle on the largest water scandal in US history. 

Just as I’d secured this funding, my obsessed stalker political opponent walked into Franklin County Common Pleas Court, in August of 2015,  and filed a frivolous Civil Stalking Protection Order (CSPO) against me. The case was unlawfully dragged out for over 8 months until it was dismissed not once but twice because it was frivolous and vexatious.  The affair drained my entire budget that was to be used to expose Flint. 

As a result, I failed to reach my objective of EPA reform and 89,000 people were poisoned.  Dozens died. 48,000 of these people were minorities. 

By this time in 2016, this stalker had destroyed at least fifty causes, via the use of webs and webs of online political attack content and anonymous accounts, spreading the disinformation all over communities I was fighting to save.  From 2016, ongoing, I began sending copies of the harassment to Dave Fox, a cyber crimes investigator with the City of Columbus.  I also implored Columbus City Council to intervene.  There is no question the City of Columbus was aware of the crimes committed against me. 

I made sure they were aware and I could prove it.

Back then I implored Democrat members of Columbus City Council to advocate for me.  I was very clear that if they did not act that millions of innocent lives would suffer, predominantly minorities.  One council member, ironically a conservative, wrote back, told me he’d tried to get action but “no one else on the council cared,” referring to Klein and Page.  

Because the maniac stalking me was playing the victim and was trying to frame me for crimes, I told the Columbus prosecutor and city council that I was going to end up in jail, if no one took the time to listen.  

That’s exactly what happened. 

Four years later, Zack Klein, now Columbus City Prosecutor, the very man who failed to stop my opponent and did not care about blacks, issued a warrant for my arrest, after I’d sent a letter to the City of Columbus indicating that I was going to sue the city for Conspiracy Against Rights and requested an investigation into Dave Fox. 

In the years after 2016, the online super stalker destroyed hundreds more causes, including triggering a series of events to led to the death of a sheriff in Virginia who’d been found to be an accomplice to the aforementioned embezzlement scheme.  The online predator had taken to working directly with local officials to “get rid of the annoying pest” for trying to reform corruption.  

In 2018, the online predator began producing a political attack film about me, to smear my name.  In that moment he began committing trade law violations, consumer fraud, and a half a dozen other crimes, including entrapment, working directly with Zach Klein and Dave Fox (the cyber crimes investigator who witnessed the online attacks and harassment), to attempt to entrap me.  

I was being “cyber stalked to death” as it was stated to me, by this man, and I am going to be harassed until I commit suicide.

After almost 8 solid years of being an aggressively hunted stalking victim, across thousands of cities, I was accused of telecommunications harassment against my stalker, for one series of messages, even though I can prove I had no part in it.  

Ohio law protects journalists from telecommunications harassment laws but this was wholly ignored.

Zach Klein knew the stalker was committing felony crimes, working with an elected official from Missouri; racketeering, filing false police reports, obstruction of Justice, disorderly conduct, consumer fraud, and entrapment.  Klein knew that he’d failed to act years earlier.  He  knew exactly what was happening, but with his political aspirations and his public condemnations of racism, I became the skeleton in his closet.  

Only days after he issued a warrant for my arrest, he declared racism a public health issue.  He devoured my .org working to help 12 million blacks while portraying himself as a hero to minority communities.  

Enter Judge Jaiza Page

Eventually, I lost everything I had.  By March of 2020, I’d lost $20 million due to the attacks on my career.  I was homeless, fighting for my life in the streets of LA. I was living in a bush in North Hollywood when Klein issued the warrant for my arrest.  He’d delayed the case a year while he allowed the stalker to drain me financially, lying in wait to pounce on me, until I was absolutely destitute and could not defend myself.  It’s the only way Klein could win. 

On the day the warrant was issued, the racist stalker created 81 Facebook accounts.  Over the next three months he posted over 15,000 harassing comments on my pages and sent me over 1,000 harassing e-mails, including threats to kill my mother, as Klein’s office watched.  

In June of 2020, I succumbed the elements. I developed a severe lung infection from COVID, completely homeless during a global pandemic. I was found on a sidewalk dying, blood pouring out of my lungs, with third degree burns from roasting in the sun, and broken teeth. Zach Klein and my stalker had literally almost killed me.  Once I cheated death, I’d assumed someone would listen but no one did. 

I will live with the trauma of being the victim of an attempt on my life for the rest of time.  

When I went to the LAPD, Klein’s warrant was used to kill the investigation into the stalker. The  LA City attorney is one of Klein’s close friends.  

By March of 2022, I’d managed to get myself off the street, rebuild my life and career, rebuilt ToxicWasteSites.org, I became an anonymous source for New York Times, and was on my way to becoming, once again, a powerful activist.

Realizing this, Klein’s accomplice walked into the Franklin County Common Pleas Court, filed a third frivolous CSPO.  He needed a weapon to use against me and the county happily provided it to him.  

The county will try to tell you it was was luck of the draw when Jaiza Page, now a judge, was assigned to the case. This was no accident. 

Absolute Corruption 

In short, I mopped floor with the stalker, in court.  All 11 of his witnesses were repeatedly caught lying on the stand.  He’d even gone as far as to submit fake evidence or incomplete evidence, trying to scam the magistrate.  He was caught lying on the stand no less than 20 times.  

Anyone who’s seen my presentation can’t fathom how I did not win the case.  I can. I know exactly why they ruled against me and cheated to do so.  

Early on in the testimony I noticed that every lawful objection I’d made was denied, even though I’d trained with a veteran 30 year litigator, for a month before the case.  The Magistrate continually laughed and caroused with the petitioner.  It was clear I wasn’t getting a fair hearing.  

As expected, a completely unlawful ruling was issued, filled with lies, fabricated statements, unconstitutional rulings, and an unlawful attempt to assert jurisdiction over me, when none was present, and it was written to act as a promotional tool for the stalker’s political attack film while this entire story is as mysteriously absent, even though I’d proven it, 100%. 

Obviously, my plan was to appeal, right away, but I was immediately blocked by the bailiff and judge from filing post judgement motions.  This destroyed my ability to bring the matter to a higher court.  

Page then issued an unlawful order claiming I could no longer communicate with the courts.  Because the case was in the stalking court, it cannot be viewed online.  I’m being denied access to the transcript.  I am still unable to file post judgment motions and the court will not give me the transcript or video from the hearings. 

Furthermore, even though I was never served, the magistrate then falsified the service record and lied in a ruling claiming I’d refused to honor the court order.  She did this to encourage police to charge me with false crimes. 

Roughly five months after the ruling, the stalker began filing frivolous motions for contempt.  I was ordered to sign up for the e-filing system, but because I now do van life, as I travel the country, I don’t have an address. An address is required to sign up.  

Even if I did have an address, I’m receiving e-mails telling me I’ll be murderered in my sleep, that he’ll kill me and “eat my body,” as soon as I get a home.  I can’t sign up for the e-filing system without an address and I’m not going to allow another attempt on my life, by the stalker.  Klein, Tyack, Page and other officials know he’s threatening to murder my mother and I.  

He’s even been making posts about my 14 year old daughter being raped and has been reported to child protective services.  These reports were also in my evidence file but were left out of the ruling.  

After the court order was issued, stalker began using the ruling as a part of the marketing campaign for his film.  He began destroying causes using the Jaiza Page’s words, joining her even further in his crimes, which now span 48 states.  Since the ruling he’s used the filing to destroy enviro causes in Monterey County, East Palestine, and Virginia, affecting over 100 million US citizens.  

Prosecutor’s Klein and Tyack have granted my stalker immunity from prosecution; he can commit any crime he wants, no matter how severe, as long as it protects the city and county.  The Columbus Arts Council even gave him money to produce the attack film, right from the tax payers wallets, and has been funding the stalker’s propaganda film since 2018.

The magistrate went out of her way to locate an appellate ruling that justified why she didn’t have to notify the FBI of the allegations made in my case against the stalker.  

Jaiza Page then scheduled a hearing, for May 12th, 2,500 miles away and told me if I don’t appear in person, I’ll be jailed.  She confirmed she’s aware of all of the above, didn’t recuse herself and is now using the petitioner, and the case, to protect her own political career. 

Page has let her constituents down, especially black folks, and places her and Zach Klein’s special interests above the laws of the State of Ohio.  

Why you should sign and SHARE this petition

Any party that goes before Jaiza Page is facing a blatantly arrogant criminal with no ethics or integrity.  You will not get a fair trial.  Her actions weaken the public’s trust in the bench.  All of this is a violation of Ohio law and she can be sanctioned.  Lord knows how many other innocent people are sitting in jail because of her and Klein’s little cabal of corruption. 

Judge Page is destroying my ability to help millions of black people, just to help herself.  She is directly engaged in racketeering by aiding the petitioner in his continued crimes, as he continually makes a profit from his actions.  

Signing this petition sends a loud, powerful message to the judiciary and citizens of Franklin County; no one is above the law, not even a judge.  Getting this story out helps remind the elected officials in Columbus and Franklin County that there is accountability and that we the people demand honesty and ethics from our elected officials.
