Over these last months, I’ve been trying to learn about the criminal justice system, particularly the NY Court system, in order to help make sense of all the delays in my daughter’s case. I’ve found it very helpful to refer to this link on nycourts.gov . I can actually see where Jenny’s case has been stuck in limbo for two years and almost 3 months.
