Durante más de 15 años, estas dos hermanas han aterrorizado a los ciudadanos de Jávea y las ciudades circundantes. Ambos viven en Javea, España.

Estas dos hermanas son criminales notorias y drogadictas y han aterrorizado a la comunidad durante más de una década.

En su mayoría roban. Entran en casas a plena luz del día y roban a los residentes. A veces entran en más de 5 hogares en un día.

Se han presentado quejas en la policía. Los casos han sido abiertos. Recientemente salió de prisión, pero su hermana no ha sido encarcelada. Tenemos más de 100 números de casos y en ningún caso se ha acusado o declarado culpable.

Las razones son posiblemente:

a) Ella es mentalmente incapaz y, por lo tanto, de alguna manera protegida por ser arrestada por sus crímenes.

b) Es informante policial y está protegida por la policía.

c) El valor de las cosas que roba siempre es inferior a 400 euros y en la legislación española no será procesada. A pesar de que el valor acumulado de su ladrón debe estar en los 100 000 de euros.

d) Los jueces la están protegiendo de alguna manera.

No sabemos por qué ella todavía es libre de robar todos los días. Realmente no nos importa.

No sabemos por qué no puede encerrarla en un asilo y sacarla de la sociedad. Realmente no nos importa.

Todo lo que queremos, el alcalde José Chulvi, es que actúes y elimines a estos criminales de las calles de Jávea. Queremos que hagas tu trabajo.

Mucha gente dice que esto no es culpa del alcalde. Dicen que esto no es culpa de la policía. Dicen que el alcalde y la policía no hacen las leyes y, por lo tanto, sus manos están atadas.

Eso puede ser así. Pero entonces, ¿por qué tenemos un alcalde? ¿Cuál es el punto de un alcalde impotente? ¿Cuál es el punto de pagar al alcalde? ¿Es solo un mascarón de proa?

¿Cuál es el punto de tener policías si son impotentes para combatir el crimen?

No, no creemos eso. ¿No hemos visto al jefe de policía en Jávea o al alcalde pedirle al gobierno de Madrid que haga cambios a las leyes o que encuentre formas de sacar a estas mujeres de la sociedad?

De hecho, en lo que respecta a nosotros, los residentes de Javea, el Alcalde y la policía no han hecho NADA hasta ahora.

La policía está haciendo un gran trabajo en otros lugares. Y los apreciamos y felicitamos por hacer un excelente trabajo para la comunidad. Pero no puede ser correcto que estas mujeres puedan eludir la ley. ¿Por qué están por encima de la ley, mientras que el resto de nosotros tenemos que obedecer la ley? ¿Por qué es ese señor Chulvi?

Si la policía está actuando en interés de la comunidad, entonces ¿por qué NO están exigiendo a las autoridades medidas que puedan hacer un cambio? ¿Por qué no dicen: SUFICIENTE ES SUFICIENTE!

Señor alcalde. Te lo suplicamos Hacer algo. Haz algo AHORA MISMO. Antes de que esto se vuelva violento y estas mujeres entren a la propiedad equivocada y su reinado de terror termine en una catástrofe. Hacer algo.

For more than 15 years, these two sisters, have terrorized the citizens of Javea and surrounding towns. They both live in Javea, Spain.

These two sisters are notorious criminals and drug addicts and have been terrorizing the community for more than a decade.

They mostly steal. They break into homes in broad daylight and rob the residents. Sometimes they break into more than 5 homes in one day.

Complaints have been made at the police. Cases have been opened. recently came out pf prison, but her sister, has not been jailed. We have more than 100 case numbers and in not one single case has been charged or found guilty.

The reasons are possibly:

a)     She is mentally unfit and therefore, somehow protected for being arrested for her crimes.

b)     She is a police informant and is protected by the police.

c)     The value of the things she steals is always under 400 Euro and in Spanish law she will not be prosecuted. Even though the cumulative value of her thieving must be in the 100 000’s of Euro’s.

d)     The judges are somehow protecting her.

We don’t know why she is still free to steal every day. We don’t really care.

We don’t know why she cannot be locked up in an asylum and removed from society. We really don’t care.

All we want Mayor Jose Chulvi, is for you to take action and remove these criminals from the streets of Javea. We want you to do your job.

Many people say that this is not the fault of the Mayor. They say this is not the fault of the police. They say that the Mayor and police do not make the laws and therefore their hands are tied.

That may be so. But then why do we have a Mayor? What is the point of an impotent Mayor? What is the point of paying the Mayor? Is he just a figurehead?

What is the point of having police if they are impotent to fight crime?

No, we do not believe that. We have not seen the chief of police in Javea or the Mayor petition the government in Madrid to make changes to the laws, or find ways to remove these women from society?

In fact, as far as we, the residents of Javea are concerned, the Mayor and the police have done NOTHING so far.

The police are doing a great job elsewhere. And we appreciate and commend them for doing excellent work for the community. But it cannot be right that these woman are allowed to circumvent the law. Why are they ABOVE the law, while the rest of us have to obey the law? Why is that Mr. Chulvi?

If the police are acting in the interests of the community, then why are THEY not demanding action from the authorities that can make a change? Why are THEY not saying, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

Mr Mayor. We beg you. Do something. Do something NOW. Before this turns violent and these women walk into the wrong property and their reign of terror ends in a catastrophe. Do something.
