Chavis Carter was murdered by  police in the back of a cop car . His death was ruled as a suicide,  he was left-handed but was shot in his right temple with his hands double locked behind his back somehow found a way to kill himself after no guns were found on him  Which makes this suicide impossible. Please ask the Jonesboro Kansas City council to reopen this case.
