Petition updateWorld leaders: Please act to save our lives in AleppoWhat if what's happening in Syria happened in your area?

Dear friend, Last year you signed my petition, and stood by me as my home city of Aleppo was destroyed around me. I tried to show you the horror as best I could – but the tragedy of Aleppo is impossible to understand until you see it in the context of your own home. That's why I want you to visit a new website my friends in the withSyria coalition have created. It shows what your home would look like today if someone like Assad and his allies inflicted the same horror as they did on Aleppo. All you have to do is click here and plug in your postal code: https://www.lastmeninaleppocampaign.com/postcode/gb/ A private version of this website was already sent to your MP along with a list of practical things they can do to prevent another Aleppo from ever happening again anywhere in Syria. As I write to you now, many other cities in Syria are besieged and face the falling bombs I know so well. I'm worried that without increased attention and action from your leaders, they will be abandoned to suffer as we did. I'm hopeful this website and this new perspective on the crisis will inspire them to act, but I know they will be all the more likely to do so if they know you've seen the website too. Will you visit the website, and tweet your MP to demand they do whatever they can to ensure the fate of Aleppo is not suffered elsewhere in Syria? Thank you, Dr. Hamza
