HELP MAKE WORKERS COMP. TREATMENTS & M-edical O-aths V-alid in E-very S-tate

It's June 2022 and this has been a nightmare!  Since my first post in 2019, years have passed without workers comp. treating me because I moved to WA state!  This is so WRONG as MEDICAL TREATMENT SHOULD NEVER STOP because someone has to move to another state.  What if this were you or one of your loved-ones?  Scary isn't it?

Thankfully, I am back in California and medical treatment(s) have finally started again however, this treatment and process is taking a long time and many years passed with neglect and without any treatments. I truly believe that they just want you/the injured party to simply give up; I was injured in 2014 and FINALLY learned that I need back surgery in Dec. of 2020 and the two specialty surgeons I saw, both told me to 'try to live with the pain' instead of surgery (as back surgery is too risky for me).  Hmmm... I can't help but wonder; had I had continuous care, could I/would I have gotten my quality of life back?  I'll never know.

So, what's wrong with this picture?  EVERYTHING! This Workers Comp. process needs to CHANGE and with that said, I'm asking you to please sign and forward this petition/link to everyone you know because our medical needs through Workers Comp. should not STOP when one needs to move to another state.  We need ALL the Laws, Rights, Care and Treatments to continue for anyone, everyone, anywhere and without delay.  Make ALL Workers Comp Doctors the same across the US and without borders.
