Vets should be subsidized by the government because some people's circumstances change and and can no longer afford to pay the full cost of vet visits for their loved pets. Their financial circumstances may change through being made redundant from a job, being fired, the season ending or health reasons and not being able to work anymore. I think if vets were subsidized by government it would make looking after our pets and keeping them in optimum health much easier. People would be able to get their pets vaccines and nuerted, health checks and medication that they may need for illness. They would be able to have operations that they may need eg being hit by a car being in fights with other cats or dogs.
