For years now, commuters, drivers, pedestrians have had to navigate the poor road conditions on CR Swart Drive (Boskruin & Sundowner). This road is in an extreme state of disrepair, constantly littered with potholes and the sidewalks are badly eroded. Each time we have the slightest downpour of rain, conditions become treacherous with many a driver falling victim to its poor state. 

On a daily basis there are incidents of vehicles being damaged and there have also been a number of vehicle accidents on this road caused by the poor road surface. 

Its time for Local Council and the Johannesburg Roads Agency to prioritise the resurfacing and upgrade of this road. CR Swart Drive is a major arterial route and acts as a major through fair for all neighbourhoods in the area. Please support this initiative by signing and sharing this petition.
