Coplin Health Systems has announced they will not be continuing their project for the nursing home in Wirt County and instead will be moving forward to expand other services.  A meeting was held on 7/11/16 and as a result of our requests they are holding a special board meeting on 7/18/16 at 7 PM at Coplin.  This meeting is specifically to consider the request which was made from the nursing home committee members and concerned citizens to delay their decision to change the project away from the nursing home.  This delay would give us the citizens of Wirt County along with the support of Donna Boley a chance to see if we can gain support, funding, and HRSA timelines to proceed with the nursing home.  So what we are asking is for Coplin to stop work on the project at this time.
