PSYCHE EVAL to DISCREDIT, Intimidate & Humiliate
One of the ‘tools’ in the law enforcement TOOL BOX or MANUAL, is to get control of a situation; make something up and swarm a target’s home and forcibly sign them into a mental hospital for a PSYCH EVAL. Because, who is everyone going to believe, the police or the target, whose home and property has been conspicuously vandalized and destroyed? And I find that most often than not, the target’s reputation has also been maligned with rumor campaigns.
The secret hubris these rogue cops have is that after destroying health, life, finances, property, so that a targeted person looks deplorable to the outside world, now you can make a forced PSYCHE EVAL stick.

But, law enforcement uses these tactics liberally and apparently on one of their own. This is the story of former NYPD police officer Adrian Schoolcraft who was ambushed by his buddies in blue; who took him to a mental hospital for not towing the line, in other words in retaliation, to intimidate him, to shame him and to ultimately discredit him.
