Yesterday, as I was composing my letters to the DOJ Inspector General and to Anthony Blinken, the Secretary of State, an internal organ – my heart or whatever internal organ is there nearby - was being pulsed with this beam focused, high-power radiowave directed energy. The microwave radiation was directed below the surface of the skin by an inch or so, to the organ by using the dielectric properties (also known as Relative Permittivity) of the human body. The dielectric property of what they want to ‘see’ is punched into the RADAR gun’s computer and the RF ‘echo’ of everything else that they do not want to ‘see’, is dialed out.

Doctors use this microwave RF technology to find a specific tissue that they want to focus in on and then to destroy it, using the same microwave RF (necrosis), with medical precision. The injured organ gets inflamed and unless you take care of the inflammation, you die.
If the RADAR gun does not have this software loaded on its computer, it cannot ‘see-through’ anything, not into your home and it cannot locate you inside your home, to track you using by using these pulsed radiofrequencies.
I think it was retaliation, to discourage me with pain, not to continue typing the two PETITION UPDATES and post them. Of course, they (and by now anybody who follows my story know that ‘they’ are the local police, who have military training – one officer is still serving as a Marine Military Police Reservist.
The pain was excruciating. I swear they are trying to finish me off, especially since they were not successful in dragging me out of my home when they broke in (3 times), two weeks ago. If I would not have had an attorney’s phone number handy and if he would not have returned my call, immediately, they would have successfully taken me away. The phone call was on speaker, so I heard the magic words he used when talking to the officer: “YOU KNOW THE OBJECTS OF YOUR BOUNTY, THE EXTENT AND NATURE OF YOUR PROPERTY AND YOU CAN EXECUTE A PROPER PLAN”.
In light of the fact of what happened two weeks ago, a bunch of burly ‘full of themselves’ cops, breaking into my house, without cause, without notice, without a warrant, without knocking; I am not going to distribute the list of signatures to each of the 50 states, without legal representation. I will only do it with an attorney by my side. If people want their lives back without pain, everyone needs to donate at least $10.00 to the LEGAL FUND to retain the attorney and continue this process. As it is, my targeting (retaliation) has escalated to outrageous proportions; the assaults and the pain is horrific to bear. So please donate to the LEGAL FUND, because we aren’t getting anywhere.

There are 2 mistakes in these letters – please change ‘BEANED’ to ‘BEAMED’ and the phrase ‘and are been tortured in their own homes’ to ‘and are being tortured in their own homes’.
