I have written a letter to you after President Joe Biden nominated you to the top most law enforcement office in the land and since then, one other time after you were confirmed as our Attorney General. I wrote with the utmost hope that you can order Grand Jury Investigations and Hearings, to put a stop to and to end this heinous crime of pulsed microwave RF Directed Energy assaults, as there are more than just diplomats, spies, government employees and soldiers experiencing them.

I have been enduring pulsed high-powered radio wave DEWs, since before February 17, 2012, when I first called the Etna Borough Police Department to ask for help to investigate what I was feeling; reporting that someone was using hurting, illegal radiofrequencies. The police immediately recognized my symptoms but did not investigate and I have been suffering ever since. Furthermore, since I have started a PETITION (below), the retaliation and the power density of the pulsed high-power radio waves a.k.a. pulsed microwave radiofrequency directed energy, has been increased to unbearable levels. There is a new method to control people, to silence them. Pulsed microwave radiofrequency radiation through-wall RADAR is a bullying and intimidation device on steroids to modify behavior and to force compliance by terrorizing a person with pain, with the intent to incite, provoke and aggravate, and designed to humiliate and shame.

It is the DOJ’s fiduciary responsibility to protect our Civil Rights and to protect us from abuse and harm, that we are enduring. We are asking for Grand Jury Investigations and Grand Jury Hearings, to solve and stop these crimes. Neither I nor most of us, can go to local law enforcement, as these assaults are being done by rogue first responders and law enforcement, usually with military training.
