Dear Governor Tom Wolf,
I have called your office more than four to six times to report the criminal assaults I have experienced since before February 17, 2012, when I first called the Etna Borough Police Department to ask for help to investigate what I was experiencing; reporting that someone was using hurting, illegal radiofrequencies. The police immediately recognized my symptoms but did not investigate and I have been suffering ever since. Furthermore, since I have started a PETITION (below), the retaliation and the power density of the pulsed high-power radio waves a.k.a. pulsed microwave radiofrequency directed energy, has been increased to unbearable levels. There is a new method to control people, to silence them. Pulsed microwave radiofrequency radiation through-wall RADAR is a bullying and intimidation device on steroids to modify behavior and to force compliance by terrorizing a person with pain, with the intent to incite, provoke and aggravate, and designed to humiliate and shame.
This is the letter I composed and sent to Attorney General Merrick Garland, outlining the concealment and secrecy of pulsed, microwave RF Directed Energy Weapons (DEW):

We are asking that each of the states set up a dedicated phone, to report these heinous, surreptitiously pulsed microwave RF Directed Energy, that not only disrupt lives but destroy them, along with health, family, property and careers, leaving people in ruins. What we have noticed is that most often than not, there are rogue pockets of first responders and law enforcement, usually with military training, who are involved, which is true in my case.
