HB 4866 update

Hello everyone. Hope everyone is staying safe during these trying times. I wanted to supply an update which I just received today from the house representative Steve Johnson. We have confirmed with the secretary of state that the substitute language on H.B. Is approved and supported by the secretary of state. The next step is for the bill to pass ways and means and then be sent to the house floor. After that it will move over to the Senate side for a similar process and then onto the governor for signing.

I appreciate everybody’s continued support and efforts and look forward to hopefully a successful passing of the bill as long as the governor signs it.
