New House Bill 4866

Just a heads up we now also have a House Bill 4866 in motion. 4866 was introduced by Representative Steve Johnson and has passed the House Transportation Committee. Next step for this bill is to pass ways and means and then on to the House floor. Once it passes the House it will move on to the Senate side for a similar process.  

with senate bills 344,345 and 346 they passed senate transportation committee and referred to the senate floor for voting. Currently awaiting the senate floor to take up the bills. Once passed they will In turn follow a similar process on the house side. 

once both bills pass both the House and Senate they will move on to the Governor for signing. There the governor has the option to sign or veto. Once signed the bills will go into law.
