The KJGI and SheerGuard trail was developed in 2018, local youth helped build some earth-mound ramps just below the weir opposite the Kings college to add fun to the trail. The ramps are now very popular with the local youth, mountain bikers and BMX'ers.

There have been a few complaints from 1/2 residents to City parks to have the mounds removed, however as the KJGI we would like to show our support for the kids. We are firm believers that kids (& adults) should play outside rather then spend all day in doors. If you want to see that made possible sign below.

We would like to take a list to City parks of at least 100 local community members who use the trail and like the ramps and want to see them stay for the sake of the kids. By signing this petition you are helping kids play outside. Thanks
