Friends, Lots of exciting updates as our campaign keeps growing! Shailene Woodley of the Divergent film series has expressed her support for our campaign to stop this dangerous pipeline. Check out her video here: http://bit.ly/25NL10D In spite of the fact that the Army Corps has not issued a permit for the project, construction has already begun on the pipeline. This is unjust, and people across the project route are doing everything they can to stop it! In Iowa, archaeologists have managed to delay the project since it crosses a burial site that is protected by state law. Here in North Dakota, we are occupying a Spirit Camp by the new construction site, and energizing our people for the long fight! We’ll follow up soon with news on our next steps.
