Being an employee at the Deptford Mall & we are now required to open at 6pm on Thanksgiving Night. This is ridiculous! It is taking people away from a holiday that is based around spending time with friends & family. The only days off retailers get during the year are Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day & Easter; we would like to enjoy the same benefits non-retailers get. This year will be the first year Deptford Mall has decided to open at such an early time. If the mall is opening at 6pm that means management will be required to get here even earlier.
