The Issue

For over three decades, Dallas Cowboys fans have remained loyal—faithfully buying tickets, merchandise, and supporting our team through thick and thin. Yet for 30+ years, our patience has been met with repeated disappointment.

Since the Cowboys’ last Super Bowl victory in 1996, the franchise has failed to return to the NFL’s biggest stage. Under Jerry Jones’ tenure as General Manager, the team has struggled to achieve meaningful playoff success, despite having talented rosters and a devoted fan base that deserves better.

The Dallas Cowboys are more than just a business—they are a legacy, a cultural symbol, and a source of pride for millions of fans across the globe. But the repeated cycle of underperformance, questionable management decisions, and postseason letdowns has left fans frustrated and disheartened.

We believe it’s time for real change. For the good of the team, its players, and its fans, we call on Jerry Jones to either:

  1. Step down as General Manager and allow qualified football leadership to take control of roster and game decisions
  2. Sell the Dallas Cowboys to an ownership group committed to restoring the franchise to championship glory.

Cowboys fans have suffered long enough. It’s time to put the focus back where it belongs—on building a team capable of winning championships, not just headlines.
