Update from National Cyber Security Centre

So we raised a query to the national cyber security centre, what we wanted to know was basically whether they had looked into cyber crime that would become more prevalent from 2020 with the shift from PSTN to VoIP, it was quite a detailed email. This was the response we got back
"Thank you for your enquiry. I forwarded this to our technical team who have come back with the below.
We haven’t specifically covered this topic, but we have covered password protection and general malware protection."
We have added a video to youtube to explain our concerns in more detail (link below), but we have also gone back to the National Cyber Security Centre with the following query
"I understood your intention was to be more pro-active with Cyber Crime, part of this would be looking for large scale changes and analysing consequences. Do you have anything for the PSTN switch off?
For example
- VoiP exchanges are regulated, customer portals are not.
- 100 unique infrastructures (1 per VoIP provider) plus Carrier Grade VoIP portals vs the 2 in place for a PSTN equivalent
- User friendly convenience of services and impact on security vs today's technology
- Each customer, group admin and user will have an account (so instead of a, for example, PBX log in, each user has their own username and password)
- A reseller, (comparable level to something like T-mobile and the experian data breach), is not part of the secure infrastructure but can access, configure and manipulate services of all of their customers.
- The available points of access for call listening and Toll Fraud increase dramatically i.e. every handset has at least 2 points of access PLUS 1 or more non technical admins Plus 1 or more technical admins.
Do you have any intention of approaching this topic?"
