We are staring an environmental catastrophe in the face. Climate change is happening at unprecedented levels, we've pumped every food chain full of plastic and PCB pollution, habitat destruction is relentless, species extinction has become a daily fact of life and right wing governments with every intention of accelerating this profound crisis proliferate globally. Will you please put aside your differences and unite your parties to form a moderate/left coalition and start putting conservation at the top of the agenda, at least in the U.K., for the sake of us all?
In fact, shame on you all for not doing this already of your own accord (JC - I understand you are the principle spanner in the works). It is the frail state of the opposition in this country which has left us with a government that has the bare-faced temerity to claim green credentials, whilst favoring fracking over renewable energy investment. The prospect of post-Brexit deregulation under the current leadership is enough to take away a person's hope.
Please, put hope back on the agenda. Stand together.
