The Gambling Commission have issued a clarification in their FAQ blog for the new licence regime. http://licensingadvertisingact.blogspot.co.uk/2014/10/42-can-licence-holders-offer-auto-rebuy.html Rebuys will be allowed providing other measures to detect and prevent problem gambling are in place. I am seeking for some clarification that the same applies to top ups but it is looking good, the Commission is listening and has responded quickly.
