Please sign this petition to support keeping Dr. Ghilani as the Superintendent of the West Jefferson Hills School District.

Dr. Ghilani has done a lot of great things for our school district as a whole and always has the children's best interests at heart. He implemented all-day kindergarten, which is recommended by educational experts. Dr. Ghilani has helped change and develop a new curriculum for many subjects, to meet our children's educational needs. He was instrumental in developing new programs to engage life skills students. He listened to the community and helped develop new diversity programs. He supports and promotes the arts programs within our district. Dr. Ghilani also increased technology literacy programs. These are just a few of the many great things he has done so far for our school district. 

He also did an outstanding job navigating the pandemic(COVID-19). He met with medical experts to discuss plans to keep our children and staff safe, while also being aware of the social and mental impacts it has on the students. During it all, he kept the parents very informed. 

Dr. Ghilani is highly supported by the staff. He has shown a great amount of support for them, listening to their needs and feedback. He has made sure they have the tools needed to do the job. 

Dr. Ghilani has proven his hard work and dedication to our district. He truly cares about every student, teacher, and staff member. He has earned many distinguished ratings and excellent evaluations from our school board. He is one of the best and his passion for what he does shines through. It would be a huge loss to our district if his contract is not renewed. 

He has fought hard for our students and staff and now it is time for us to show our support for him. Please sign this petition to keep Dr. Ghilani as Superintendent of West Jefferson Hills School District.
