Thousands of dogs and cats are dying every month because people do not spay and neuter there pets?  100,000 cats just in one month were euthanized!  We need CHANGE!  We need something implemented to help save these precious lives from dying.   We have overrun shelters,  homeless dogs and cats running the streets,  I personally drive many hours just to trap cats outside that are starving!  PLEASE HELP US GET A BILL PASSED TO SAVE THESE ANIMALS!
