Petition updateSolidarity with Catalonia - for the right to peaceful self-determination!ACODAP makes serious accusations against Spanish judge Pablo Llarena Conde

The Spanish «Asociación contra la corrupción y en defensa de la acción pública» (ACODAP) claims that Pablo Llarena Conde, judge at the Spanish Supreme Court and investigating judge in the trials against Catalan independence supporters, allegedly maintained eight foreign accounts of 250,000 euros each, thus totalling two million euros, at a bank in the Principality of Liechtenstein, and has published documents on these alleged accounts on the internet. Whether this is vouched-for information or a deliberate hoax cannot be conclusively assessed at this time. However, if the documents published on the internet should turn out to be authentic, it is to be expected that the Spanish public prosecutor's office, with all its known partiality, would then be unable to avoid initiating a criminal investigation against the judge who has made a name for himself by abusing the instrument of European arrest warrants in his so far futile attempts to get hold of leading representatives of the Catalan sovereignty movement and in doing so repeatedly violating the old principle of ne bis in idem.

Addendum of 11 June 2022:

Spain's Supreme Court vehemently denies the allegations made by ACODAP and has called in the Public Prosecutor's Office in this regard.
