The Catalan parliamentarian Jordi Turull, a member of the Catalan parliament jailed one day before his presidential election for Catalonia, is accusing the Spanish judiciary of his politically motivated imprisonment. The Human Rights violations committed by Spain are in fact undeniable. Spain is massively violating Human Rights in Catalonia and is leaving the circle of civilized peoples and the rule of law democracies.
