Tom is a great guy and has never been in trouble for anything before this. He was caught with a 42 pound package of medicated chocolate that he was using to self medicate due to severe nausea caused by stage 4 cancer that has spread throughout different parts of his body.

Recently Tom was sentenced to 4 years in prison in the state of Illinois. Not only does he have stage 4 testicular cancer, it has spread to his lungs and abdominal cavity. He also has had a reoccurrence of renal cell cancer in his kidneys. Due to his illness many of us view this as an inhumane death sentence as he can not battle stage 4 cancer from prison.

Let’s tell Governor JB Pritzker of Illinois how we feel especially with the changing laws and political climate of Illinois! No person should spend the rest of their days rotting in a jail cell! Especially for something that everybody over the age of 21 will legally be able to buy, posses, and use by January 1st 2020!
