Puget Sound Energy (PSE) continues to build its fracked gas (LNG) processing/storage/fueling facility in the Tacoma Tide Flats, despite lacking an critical air permit from Puget Sound Clean Air Agency (PSCAA), without which the facility cannot become operational. Furthermore, PSE is in violation of the Medicine Creek Treaty of 1854 and must engage in proper consultation with the Puyallup Tribe of Indians, the Original People of this land and of the Tacoma Tide Flats.
