It's time for you to step up. Figure out how to streamline the process and make it work for Washingtonians BECAUSE RIGHT NOW, IT'S NOT WORKING FOR US.

The Employment Security Department has been seeing record setting numbers and clearly are lacking the ability to do the job right. It's time you start making some UNPRECEDENTED changes to fix the system during this UNPRECEDENTED time.
