Cooper Harper Road that connects Buffalo Creek in Logan County to West Virginia Route 85 in Boone County needs a good blacktop pavement because it will last a whole lot longer than tar and chip and it can be salted in the winter if it was blacktop as well and people won't have to go an hour out of their way to get to work and back. It would also bring economic development and bring in money too.
