James Island Neighbors, 

The next JIPSD Regular meeting is this evening, Monday, February 26, 2024, 6:35pm at JI Fire Station #1, 1108 Folly Road, James Island, SC 29412.

This is the last meeting before the closing of the 6.5 acres for sale on Dills Bluff Rd (Behind the Dollar General) as identifies on the purchase agreement between the JIPSD and KT Properties, LLC, aka (Dills Bluff Properties LLC). 

Speaking in person is more important than ever since the JIPSD Commission is not listening to what we are writing them. We need to speak to them in person. We each have 3 minutes to speak. 

March 1st starts the final stages of the sale to the Developer, KT Properties, LLC.
