This petition was started because so many people would like to see Arthur Allan Thomas receive this much-deserved apology.  We also feel the late Vivien Harrison (nee Thomas) should receive a posthumous apology for the miscarriage of justice these innocent people suffered for too long.  We would like this to be a formal written apology given directly to Mr Arthur AllanThomas by the Police Commissioner Andrew Coster, the Crown and the Government.  

There have been developments since the presentation of this petition and the whole process has been undemocratic, a conflict of interest by having ex Police sit in on the decision of this petition and then the accusations directed at Mr Thomas after these so-called victims heard about this petition.  

Another secret Crown witness (MR X) in the Thomas Royal Commission lied under oath at the instruction of the Police Lawyer/s and we have the proof which is before Crown Law currently. (At their request because of my persistence.)  That witness (Karl LOBB) went on to kill my brother 11/11/11 and got away with it because he committed perjury in the Thomas Commission.

The signatories on this petition support this request for an apology and Petitions at Parliament told me I could keep this petition going, so I have and thank everyone for their recent support.
