For 19 years, the Harry Potter fandom, arguably the largest fandom in existence, has been neglected. We waited patiently for the movie series but I think I speak for all fans when I say it was rather disappointing. They did a great job on it of course, it's just that two or five hours simply is not enough time to adequately represent a Harry Potter book. This is why a TV series is necessary for the Harry Potter franchise. Separated so that each book has it's own season and every chapter, it's own episode(with some longitude on the chapter per episode). It is imperative that Harry Potter is made into a TV series so please, fellow members of the fandom, join me in demanding that J.K. Rowling sell a TV network the rights to making an series (AND NOT A ANIMATED ONE). 

I would also like to note that this series should not be overly 'dumbed' down to become a 'kids only' series. It should remain preserved as the masterpiece that is, so that people of all ages may enjoy.

 SO TO BE CLEAR, A SERIES SHOULD NOT BE MADE USING JUST THE HARRY POTTER WORLD BUT FOLLOWING THE PLOT LINE OF THE BOOKS
