Our next goal isn't to just reach 200 signatures. I've reached out to several news stations. CBS News Chicago has agreed to air a segment regarding the school choice petition sometime this summer. We've already gained a lot of momentum the last few months. Sometime this summer, I also plan on sending the petition to Kimberly A. Lightford, the Illinois State Senator for District 4, and Emanuel Chris Welch, Illinois State Representative for the #7th District and current Speaker of the House. 

We will not give up until a bill is introduced into the Illinois General Assembly regarding school choice.
