SoulBlind, is a band in the Hudson Valley/NYC area. The members of SoulBlind , Cen Mayer aka Chris Hoerter (vocals/bass), and Justin Sarica (guitarist) are two out of four members that make up the band. These two members have a history of abusive, misogynistic, homophobic, and predatory behaviors. 

Cen/Chris- Multiple people have confirmed that Cen is abusive. So much to the point where people now suffer from PTSD. Multiple people have also stated that he has a history of degrading women when they speak out against his actions, as well as making unwanted sexual advances on them. 

Justin- Multiple people have confirmed and have witnessed Justin grooming minors. Someone has come forward and stated that he continuously prays on young girls even after knowing their ages. At the time they were 15 years old.

People close to the band have confirmed that the other band members are witnessing these behaviors from Cen and Justin. It’s also been confirmed that the two members have a habit of being disrespectful to women, as well as having discussions sexualizing and degrading language towards them.  It’s also confirmed that they would use derogatory, and discriminating language about their fans. 

The issue is that the victims of SoulBlind aren’t able to speak their truth and get the justice that they deserve out of fear. Many of them have had sexual advances forced on them or have been assaulted and are now traumatized. People close to them and fans have confirmed that they do not have respect for women and often have looked down upon them, have been sexist, and are openly grooming young women (specifically Justin). Yet they are still allowed to enter LGBTQNIA2+ spaces, or spaces that are filled with women and underage girls.

They need to be banned from being able to perform in these spaces, this behavior is not acceptable and is vile. They do not have any power and we need to show them they do not have power.
