I’ve contacted TfL to see how their plans are coming on, and received this reply:- “The all important traffic modelling process is nearing completion and the work on this has led our designers to bring the Holloway Road / Hornsey Road junction within the scope, as it is considered that amendments here are required to mitigate the proposals at Palmer Place and Liverpool Road junctions. (T)he proposed changes at Hornsey Road (...) bring benefits in their own right and help make the overall scheme a better and more viable package. The work is progressing steadily and we plan to open discussions with the plans with Council officers in about a months time. We are taking this step by step as experience has shown that we need to be well prepared with detailed information to cover the questions that will arise at consultation stage.” Hopefully we’ll know more by the end of June...
