My name is Nasrin Parvaz. I was arrested three years after the Islamic regime took power in the early 80s on charges related to my struggle for freedom of expression and a non-religious state where women and men would be equal. I was tortured and sentenced to execution, charged with spying and spreading propaganda against the Iranian regime. After a year and half in prison my late father was able to change my fate. It was eight years before I was released from prison. Now I’m a refugee living in the UK.
I’m trying to save these 9 men from execution with this petition, men who have been struggling for the same thing that I did.
It’s not enough to postpone a death sentence. I want to cancel the execution of these innocent men! People in Iran want the Islamic regime to stop execution once for all.
In March a petition was organised for three peaceful demonstrators that gained nearly 200,000 signatures, due to its popularity the supreme court agreed to suspend their executions.
However, the suspension of their execution doesn’t mean that it won’t take place at a later date. Usually when someone is sentenced to execution, they will still be executed sooner or later. It reminds me of Ramin Hussein Panahi, a Kurdish activist, who was arrested in June 2017. He was in solitary confinement for 200 days and he underwent psychological and physical torture. Six months later he was sentenced to execution. More than ten thousand people signed a petition against his verdict, including 60 members of parliament of the time. All human rights organisations – including Amnesty, United Nations, lawyers and lecturers wrote to the head of the judiciary and asked for the cancelation of Ramin’s execution. Ramin’s sentence was set for 3rd May, but it was suspended temporarily. On 8 September 2018 Ramin was not alone when the rope kissed his neck after months of waiting. Two cousins, Zaniar Moradi and Loghman Moradi were executed alongside him.
So if the death sentence for these innocent men is suspended because of people’s outcry, we can’t believe that it still won’t happen. It will happen if we don’t force the regime to cancel their death sentences. Only 3 out of these 9 men have had their executions postponed. What about the rest of them?
These are the names of men who were tortured into falsely confessing against themselves, it was used to give them a death sentence:
Mohiedin Ebrahimi, a worker who was carrying goods on his back across the borders of Iran into Iraq was sentenced to execution on 22 August 2020. He is 42 years old and married with a disabled child. Three years ago he was shot at the time of his arrest, but he was taken to prison without any medical treatment.

در ماه مارچ 2020 پتیشنی علیه حکم اعدام سعید تمجیدی، محمد رجبی و امیرحسین مرادی با نزدیک به 200 هزار امضا پخش شد که باعث شد قوه قضایئه عقب نشینی کند. البته این عقب نشینی امری موقت است. یعنی حکم این سه نفر لغو نشده است. قوه قضائیه گفت آنرا برای تجدید احکام می فرستد. این به معنای این نیست که در دادگاه بعدی حکم این سه نفر تغییر خواهد کرد. آنها می خواهند سر و صداها بخوابد تا بعد این سه زندانی سیاسی را اعدام کنند. دست نگه داشتن اعدام آنها مرا به یاد رامین حسینپناهى، فعال سیاسی کُرد می اندازد که در تاریخ ٢ تیر ۱۳۹۶ بازداشت و پس از ۲۰۰ روز انفرادى و شکنجه های جسمی و روانی، به زندان مرکزى سنندج منتقل شد. این زندانی سیاسی شش ماه بعد، ٢۵ دی ٩۶ در شعبە یک دادگاه انقلاب شهر سنندج بە اعدام محکوم شد. این حکم، ٢٢ فروردین ۱۳۹۷ در شعبه ٣٩ دیوانعالى کشور در شهر قم مجددا به تایید رسید و جهت اجرای حکم به شعبه ۴ اجرای احکام دادسرای سنندج ارجاع شد. بیش از ده هزار تن از شهروندان، فعالان مدنی و سیاسی، وکلا، اساتید دانشگاهها ... نهادهای حقوق بشری از جمله امنستی و بخش حقوق بشر سازمان ملل حکم اعدام رامین حسینپناهی را محکوم کردند. همه اینها باعث شد حکم رامین همانزمان اجرا نشود، بلکه چند ماه بعد به همراه دو فعال کرد دیگر اعدام شود
پس نباید به اینکه حکم اعدام این سه نفر فعلا متوقف شده است دل خوش بود. چرا که رژیم وقت می خرد، تا بعد آنها را اعدام کند. مگر آنکه ما خواهان لغو حکم اعدام همه کسانی باشیم که در زندانهای جمهوری اسلامی منتظر مرگی هستند که رژیم برایشان رقم زده است. ما متاسفانه تنها اسم 10 نفر از محکوم به اعدام شدگان را داریم. بیایید برای نجات آنها دست به دست هم بدهیم
مشخصات تعدادی از محکوم به اعدام شدگان را می توانید در قسمتهای قبلی این پتیشن بخوانید. شاکر بهروز، نوید افکاری، حیدر قربانی، هوشمند علیپور و محی الدین ابراهیمی نیز محکوم به اعدام شده اند. حکم محی الدین ابراهیمی شنبه ۱ شهریور ۹۹ این حکم به او ابلاغ شد. محی الدین کولبری بود که در آبان ۹۶ از سوی نیروهای مستقر در پایگاه بیمضرته اشنویه مورد اصابت گلوله قرار گرفت و علیرغم اینکه بشدت مجروح شده بود در همان حال بازداشت شد. اطلاعات بیشتری در مورد محکوم به اعدام شدگان می توانید در کانال تلگرام "نه به اعدام" بخوانید. کانال "نه به اعدام" در تلگرام را به دوستانتان معرفی کنید
