I was told by long time mechanic ricky pauly that since I showed up they stated saving about 80k in belts a year. And even at that point I still know 7 out of 8 of their bearing are out of alignment and still crooked and they don’t fix them they keep putting them back to broke when I can prove longer run times damaging less equipment. I believe it’s a white collar crime. Theyre just trying to argue what square is. But my favorite scientific observation is look at it. They aren’t looking at it. blind theory isn’t any better than live observation. mismanaging solids and equipment at the sludge facility. Also I haven’t done the math on how much phosphate is being wasted but I would cut the dosage in half at least. You can tell from the photos I sent the zop is very effective. I don’t think systems need them until they are about 100k population or bigger but without getting into data science u can tell just by looking at it to cut the dosage in half. I can find the cost online myself I just dont care to . ill bet its in the neighborhood of 1ppm X 8.34X 44 MGD/year average = 366 pounds per day which is 134k pounds per year which is nearly 14,000 gallons or a a whole truckload a year that can be saved now I just need the price of 1 truckload which im sure isn’t cheap being zop. Its 1 truck of zop compared to like 88 trucks of lime per year that could be saved but all these little, small things add up. Its like the sludge facility where they mismanage the whole place if I add up all the discrepancies the entire place is largely inaccurate. Like 50 – 60 percent inaccurate. That is why they never catchup on processing all of their solids. Hefner sludge facility is the nicest facility I have ever seen but the biggest lie I have ever seen too and its just so easy to fix but they wont listen to me. Im not wrong about any of it either. okc annual zop costs are nearly 350k a year for both plants. The book also tells u how to fix the belts if theyre crooked but no one with okc does. I think they all get incentive from the sales man to keep breaking them. Or theyre all just too scared to fix it unlike me. If they don’t do things they haven’t tried they’ll never fix it if it keeps breaking prematurely. I THINK THE BOOK SAID THEYRE SUPPOSED TO LAST LIKE 90 DAYS BUT THEY USUALLY GO A WEEK OR 2. THE GOOD ONES MAY BE MAKING IT A MONTH. ITS BASED ON A 40 HR WEEK BUT THEY ARE ON CONTINUOUSLY. THEY MAY 1 IN THE WINTER OR 3 OR 4 IN THE SUMMER.
