As much as she wishes she could say that everything has become easier, the reality is that the medical costs in her current location are exorbitant, and the available services are severely limited, particularly for someone like her. She has encountered discrimination and mistreating, even when trying to take a simple medical test, due to the mismatch between her gender identity and the one on her passport.

She has been actively looking into the The Private Sponsorship of Refugees (PSR) program, a potential lifeline for her, but there are conditions to fulfill. She has successfully met one of these conditions by gaining refugee status in her country of origin. However, the next crucial step is to find a sponsor who can help her relocate to a country where she can receive the necessary medical treatment. Maneli has reached out to some individuals, including someone who previously offered their support, but unfortunately, she has not received a response yet. Your assistance in adding this crucial information to the petition would be immensely helpful.

While she strives to secure the treatment she needs, Maneli is still facing hardships in other areas of life. Food, medicine, clothing, and housing remain major challenges for her. She wants to emphasize that her aspirations go beyond just receiving medical care. She dreams of pursuing education and becoming a valuable member of society, using her experiences to help and support others. However, at this moment, she needs your support more than ever before.

Regarding her treatment, there is some hope on the horizon. A doctor has prescribed medications that offer the possibility of her hair regrowth. However, obtaining these necessary medications, particularly hormones, is proving to be incredibly challenging in Armenia. Additionally, the lack of resources and support for name and identity changes presents a barrier to her official recognition as Maneli.

Maneli's financial situation has taken a dire turn, with her financial allowance being cut, and she's on the verge of homelessness and hunger. Now more than ever, your support is indispensable in helping her overcome these daunting obstacles.
