Don't stop believing!

We are nearing the 100th signature it is so important that you keep sharing with every friend, page, and groups you belong too! We need to be shouting from the roof tops for people to sign! I don't think I could ever find someone who is excited to have to pay more for utilities. They are already charging more than the national average!
