
DANA YAGLOWSKI- Dana became the Postmaster of the Jim Thorpe post office following Jennifer Torraco's departure in July 2022.
For the first 3 months in this office things were blissful. Everyone was getting along well with each other and there were no incidents in this office. The only thing reported to me in this office were several employees who suspected Dana Yaglowski was coming into work under the influence of drugs. These employees noticed signs in her that she was under the influence. Two employees found her passed out in her office chair and 1 witness heard her talking to a customer at the window about drugs.
In October 2022 I started noticing Robert Mangarell was starting to act up again. Coming into work in a bad mood quite often. In October and November 2022 he was calling off constantly. In fact our office was left shorthanded by his call offs so often that myself and another coworker were pulling 12 hour shifts on almost a daily basis. Nothing was ever done to him by Dana Yaglowski about all his absences from work during this time.
In December 2022, there was an incident with him on a Saturday in which he once again started a fight with me in the office and was yelling and cursing at me from the top of his lungs. I called Dana on the phone that Saturday since Postmasters do not work on Saturdays, to report this incident. It was this weekend in which I ended up finding out about his murder threats just a few years earlier. I was told by an official at the NALC I was now working with that I needed to hand those threats to the Postmaster. So the following Monday I did exactly that. I handed those murder threats to Dana Yaglowski and she was not surprised. In fact she already knew about those threats. In the 1 1/2 years at this office, the USPS kept me exposed to this lunatic coworker and never informed me of the murder threats he had made.
I had a chat with my local NALC branch that same weekend about his threats I had encountered. I assume either the branch president or the grievance representative must've informed Robert Mangarell about this because he never showed up to work again. He was calling off everyday and officially resigned in September 2023.
Around February 2023, Dana Yaglowski gave me a "welcome back packet" over 3 absences I had in a 3 month span. I filed my first EEO against her for discrimination since she had allowed Robert Mangarell to be constantly absent in October and November 2022 without any consequences. This is a pattern she has since displayed at the Jim Thorpe post office where she caters to the male coworkers.
In November 2022 the routes in our office were counted and Mary Goodhile was not happy with the results the following year. She was not happy they had taken so much off my route and it's rumored she wanted the driving on my route to be put on her route. So around February 2023, after they changed the routes around, Mary Goodhile constantly made comments in the office about my route being a baby route and was starting fights with me again. She would do whatever she wanted in front of Dana Yaglowski without consequences. Right around the start of political season 2024, I now noticed Dana Yaglowski was joining Mary Goodhile in ganging up on me in this office over my "baby route". She was displaying the same behavior Jennifer Torraco displayed during her time at the Jim Thorpe post office.
In July 2023 after starting yet another fight with me in the office and having yet another Postmaster who looked the other way I decided I was going to go after her myself. I told Dana Yaglowski that day before leaving work I was going after her and reporting her intoxication at work. That evening I received a call from my grievance representative, Chad Dreisbach, telling me that Dana told him I was "gunning" for Mary Goodhile and he asked me why I was going after my coworker. It's true I did go after her and that was the first time I reported her alcohol usage at work to the OIG's office, July 2023 while reporting Mary Goodhile's abuse towards me and the inaction on Dana Yaglowsk's part.
Coincidentally, 1 week after reporting her, Dana Yaglowski put me on Emergency Placement for parking my personal vehicle in the Postal lot, something she allowed other coworkers to do and until this day still allows other employees to do, while trying to fire me for it. I have taken several photos of personal vehicles parked in the Postal lot since my EP. In fact, the day after putting me on Emergency Placement, Dana allowed Mary Goodhile to park her personal vehicle in the Postal lot without consequences. Dana Yaglowski lied in her statement that I threatened her by saying I was "coming after her" and tried having me fired. I was investigated and interrogated by USPS inspector Sean Phillips over her false statement that I threatened her.
Notice the pattern so far not only by USPS managers but also by my local NALC where they do more to protect abusive employees rather than abused employees.
During the summer of 2022, Dana Yaglowski was shown alcohol in the freezer at work brought by Mary Goodhile. She did nothing about this. I just found out a few weeks ago there was a 2nd incident where Dana herself came upon the alcohol in the freezer, showed it to a clerk and asked the clerk what she should do with it. In October 2024 in front of my branch vice president Tina Weller, Dana Yaglowski accused Gwen Andrew, a clerk of bringing that alcohol into our office, a totally false statement on her behalf.
In the summer of 2023, on a Saturday there was an incident where Mary Goodhile called up the clerk in charge and asked them to drive her personal vehicle to them to jump start the Postal vehicle as the battery had died. The clerk refused because they knew Mary Goodhile left her "take home drink" aka her alcohol in her personal vehicle. So Mary Goodhile instead asked a sub to do so. They agreed. This sub told the clerk when they got to Mary Goodhile, her Postal vehicle was not dead, she just wanted the drink in her car. The clerk told Dana Yaglowski about this incident. I also told Dana Yaglowski about this incident. Dana Yaglowski never did anything about it. There was also an incident where Mary Goodhile brought Marijuana onto Postal premises and it was reported to Dana Yaglowski. Nothing was done about this incident.
Christmas season 2024 I was harassed on the daily by Dana Yaglowski over how much time I was spending delivering my route everyday. We were getting hammered with Amazon parcels and I was the only employee in the office delivering 100% of my parcels everyday so it always took me at least 10 or more hours to deliver my whole route. Meanwhile Dana Yaglowski let most of the carriers on the rural side refuse to deliver parcels even to customers who were located within a half mile of their cluster boxes. There are many complaints filed congressionally about these carriers refusing to deliver parcels. These rurals have a contract where they are required to deliver anything within a half mile of their cluster boxes but according to a witness, Dana stated they are not USPS employees and can do whatever they want and she can't do anything about it, even to the point of throwing mail out. Yes 1 employee was caught doing this and Dana did nothing about it.
Dana Yaglowski also allowed the only sub in our office at the time on the city side to refuse to help with parcel delivery. This person does not like working overtime so while Dana Yaglowski harassed me on the daily she was allowing other employees to refuse to do their jobs. She also allowed Mary Goodhile to steal company time daily by sitting on the dock for 20- 30 minutes at a time playing monopoly on her phone. At times I saw Dana out there on the dock with Mary Goodhile and she said nothing to her. This is the same Postmaster who interrupted my 10 minute break when she walked my route summer of 2024 stating I was 29 seconds over my break. This is the same Postmaster who put an incident that happened in December 2024 about me requesting 4 hours overtime on my route in her 2nd EP of me in March 2025. I was over my 8 hours by 3 hours that particular day. A male coworker was on City 2 that day and went over 3 hours on that route than his normal time. Dana Yaglowski not only said nothing to him, she never wrote this down. I came to find out after my 2nd Emergency Placement in March 2025, she had been writing notes about me in this office for 6 months, even going back and forth through email with a lunatic customer of mine, Gary Gentile, who falsely accused me of purposely destroying his parcels and withholding his mail. This lunatic customer cursed me out at my cluster box in January 2025 and Dana Yaglowski took his comments on the incident but never asked me about anything. Dana Yaglowski has not taken any notes on any other employees or incidents at this office. I am the only one.
So fast forward to 2025. I took myself off the overtime list due to Dana Yaglowski's constant harassment of me the entire 2024 Christmas season. Since I was off the list, I now was only an 8 hour carrier.
On March 10th 2025, a heavy Monday, I requested 40 minutes of help on my route to keep me at 8 hours for the day. Dana went to the unassigned male carrier in our office who was guaranteed 8 hours but was on a 6 hour route that day. I don't know what was said. All I know is she came back to me and stated right in front of everyone that I didn't need help because my route was a "baby route" (paraphrasing Mary Goodhile) with only 8 loops on it. Mary Goodhile also made comments on the floor about my route and Dana said nothing to her. Eventually after going back and forth for a while in the office, she gave the 40 minutes to the unassigned regular.
I have noticed on several occasions that this male regular will sit on the dock waiting to punch out because he is guaranteed 8 hours but most days only has 6 hours of work. So why Dana Yaglowski decided on this day to cause a scene is beyond believable. I was off the following day. On Wednesday March 12th I went to her office and handed her grievance papers and told her I was filing complaints with my representatives for her constant harassment.
The following day, March 13th 2025 I was sent home for wearing compression socks. I later was put on emergency placement for a 2nd time by her where she tried having me fired. She changed her story 3 times during my emergency placement. Ironically for a 2nd time, she had the same witness, her Postmaster friend, Cambria Finneran from the Conygham post office hiding on her phone who "heard and saw everything".
This was the last straw for me with this abusive and disgusting Postmaster. During my emergency placement in March of 2025 I started this petition against this abusive Postmaster and started publicly speaking out against the USPS. I went knocking on doors on my route in Jim Thorpe to tell my customers what this Postmaster had done to me. She allows my coworkers to be out of uniform every single day, continues allowing them to be out of uniform while trying to fire me for wearing compression socks for a job that requires me to walk all day long. This was the time I also made the decision I am pursuing an EEO lawsuit in Federal Court against the USPS for discrimination and am suing them for the maximum damages.
Since I started this petition, Dana Yaglowski has given me several PDIs (Pre-Disciplinary Interviews) and has even threatened to use the might of the legal resources of the USPS to come after me in court for slander. I have publicly revealed alot of her dirty secrets including covering up crimes in the JT post office and her long criminal record which is publicly available.
She made the comment to me that I should find a new Full Time job. Ladies and gentlemen this is coming from a Postmaster who is a failed city carrier. She was a city carrier at the Allentown office who couldn't do the job. She claims she was "harassed and abused" so she took off from the USPS and went on "stress leave" for a long time. She came back to USPS as a supervisor in Allentown, eventually making her way to JT as a Postmaster. Yes the failed city carrier told me I should look for a new FT job when I've been doing this job for over a decade now. How ironic. If I were horrible at my job, I would've been placed in USPS management a long time ago. But I find it quite odd Dana Yaglowski did not like being "harassed and abused" while she was a city carrier but she does the same thing to me now.
Out of everyone and everything that has happened under Dana Yaglowski's hand at the JT post office, including Mary Goodhile telling her several times to "go fuck herself" after asking her to do something, I remain the only employee Dana Yaglowski has ever charged with "insubordination, failure to follow instructions and conduct". Dana Yaglowski gets paid a salary of $94,516 to be a DRUG-USER ABUSER.
