Demand International Investigation into U.S. Human Rights Violations Under the Trump Administration & Elon Musk's DOGE!

Despite lacking any Congressional authorization and Constitutional legality to do so, the lawless and rogue second Trump Administration and billionaire mega-donor Elon Musk's co-creation of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) have conducted wholesale de-funding and personnel gutting of key U.S. federal agencies. Meanwhile, the Trump administration has conversely emboldened the Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) department to conduct massive "warrantless" (in most cases) sweeps of immigrants for MASS DEPORTATIONS to "outsourced" Concentration Camps in El Salvador.

These illegal and punitive, anti-civil rights actions include:

• Non-congressionally authorized DE-FUNDING and personnel layoffs for the distribution and administration of global food aid (USAID) and HIV/AIDS drug treatments and other vaccines (PEPFAR) that have caused alarming rises in global starvation, diseases, and the subsequent needless DEATHS of HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE, particularly in Sub-Saharan nations of Africa — much of which remain uninvestigated or unpunished.
• Mass deportations and ICE arrests without warrants, tearing apart families and violating "due process" legal rights accorded to all undocumented immigrants, asylum seekers, "Temporary Protected Status" immigrants, and even American citizens who've been wrongfully deported.
• The "outsourcing" of deported individuals to "rented-out" detention centers/concentrations to abusive foreign prisons like the notorious CECOT facility in El Salvador, where migrants face inhumane conditions, torture, and death.

We are seeking to petition a wide variety of international governing bodies and non-government organizations to investigate and issue their findings if the Trump Administration and Elon Musk's quasi-government agency DOGE have committed potentially chargeable "Crimes Against Humanity."

It is our hopes to submit the signed petitions to the following entities:

• Human Rights Watch; Amnesty International; the Inter-American Commission (IACHR) of the Organization of American States (OAS); United Nations Special Rapporteur on the Human Rights of Migrants; International Criminal Court (ICC); and UN Human Rights Council (UNHRC), among others, to investigate these abuses;
• Legal bodies pursue accountability for any violations of human rights and international law;
• The U.S. government restore oversight and support for affected communities.

It is clearly evident that as the Trump Administration has corrupted, usurped and trampled all of the guardrails of the American federal government's two other branches -- Legislative and Judicial -- for the unconstitutional rise of a single "Unitary Executive Branch" with all powers vested in the President of the United States of America, the ongoing dismantling of key global assistance agencies like USAID food and associated PEPFAR vaccine distribution has led the widely reported and documented needless DEATHS of THOUSANDS of peoples in Sub-Saharan African continent and elsewhere.

Also, as the Trump Administration has stepped up warrantless arrests and mass deportations of both undocumented immigrants and even U.S. citizens to "outsourced" Concentration Camps like the notorious human rights-violating CECOT mega-prison/detention center in El Salvador, the thoroughly Trump-WEAPONIZED Department of Justice (DoJ), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) are partaking in these blatantly illegal "No Due Process" mass arrests and deportations -- so these agencies have become inherently corrupted and can't be counted to self-investigate these HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSES.

There are also ongoing domestic U.S. human rights abuses still unfolding in the Republican party, GOP/far right-stuffed Supreme Court and Trump administration repealing Roe v. Wade abortion and women's reproductive healthcare rights, causing a still unfolding carnage for women desperately seeking emergency healthcare. Then there is also the further unwarranted de-regulation of certain Gun Control laws -- infamously marked by President Donald J. Trump issuing an Executive Order to loosen up the sales of altered Submachine Gun-like automatic weapon sales -- as the numbers of mass shooting victims' corpses pile up at unprecedented levels for a developed nation (America).

Given that the American justice system and our Senate and House congressional branch has become thoroughly politicized and corrupted (particularly by de-regulation of Campaign Finance laws), these once effective branches of government have been rendered ineffective and subject to the maddening whims of President Trump's highly-questionable deregulatory Executive Orders.
