My experiences with the Car Insurance Industry are not unique. Like you, I find myself paying the high costs.

We have investigated and found many ways that can reduce our premiums. Repairs are not efficient, Courtesy cars are over priced, Policies are not easily understood, claims are unpaid and prices are extremely volatile for no apparent reason.  

Car insurance is mandatory, a legal requirement in place by the UK Government, so we would like the UK Government and the FCA to investigate the industry to try and reduce the cost of insurance renewals and make sure everyone is treated fairly.

Issues like payout denial, rate hikes, non fault accidents increasing premiums, non-transparent pricing, and delayed payment are unfortunately commonplace. I would also like the UK Government and FCA to see what happens to our policy money.

It’s time to shine a light on the UK car insurance industry. We have the right to understand where our premiums go and the assurance that our claims will be handled fairly.
